Blackfriars is a development of 200 new homes on a challenging sloping site. The site is subject to an enabling project that will provide roads and infrastructure to the site. Churchill Hui are appointed as Employers Agent to the second phase which is the housing development project to include cost advice and a co-ordination role between the enabling/road team and the housing development team. The project will provide open market sale, rented and shared ownership homes within the High Weald Area of Natural Beauty and is designed to conserve and enhance the AONB.
