As we go to press, we’ve just had the green light to manage the following schemes:

  • A unique project at Elliott’s Row in London to refurbish, extend and remodel the interior of a property to provide a single family dwelling, working with Keniston Housing Association and Collier Contracts Ltd.
  • Broadbridge Heath Neighbourhood Centre, Horsham, creating 24 no. units with Clarion and Countryside Properties (UK) Ltd.
  • Affordable homes at Onslow Mills, West Drayton, with Richmond Housing Partnership
  • Working for Thames Valley Housing Association, as EA for affordable flats at Brentford Lock West
  • 26 new homes for rent/shared ownership in Vicarage Road, Yalding, for Countryside Properties and Moat Homes

Welcome

Our newest Project Manager, Rob Parish, who started earlier this year is joined this month by Thomas Devine (Project Manager), Georgia O’Neal (Project Assistant) and David Mann (Site Inspector based in Kent). We look forward to them settling into the growing practice and getting to know our clients.
