Deptford Foundry: Looking back to move forward

Churchill Hui is the Employer’s Agent for Moat on an exciting London housing scheme, inspired by the heritage of its site. The project is a celebration of creativity led by developer Anthology and includes commercial space for local artists and artisans through Second Floor Studios and Arts.

  • Planning approval for demolition of Dennis Pilcher House to create 9 houses for Bracknell Forest Homes
  • Independent certifier for 28 open market rent flats in Ashford (Kent) for Jenner and A Better Choice for Property Ltd
