Ian Manley
Director

Ian has been with Churchill Hui for over 20 years. He is now a Director and is largely responsible for traditionally procured construction and major repairs projects.

Ian has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. Early in his career he worked as an Architectural Technician for a London-based building surveying practice where he developed his design and technical knowledge. Ian then spent six years working for contractors as part of their onsite construction management teams. He spent several years with one contractor working on prestigious residential projects in central London which developed his great practical experience with a keen eye and attention to detail.

His time spent on the contracting side gave him invaluable experience and a good all-round knowledge of both the construction process and the practical aspects of building.

He is one of the firm’s most experienced Contract Administrators, having completed numerous residential refurbishments and conversion projects and major repair schemes. In addition, he has undertaken smaller new build residential schemes which were more suited to the traditionally procured route.

He has also been involved in the design and specification for the refurbishment and conversion of buildings listed by English Heritage.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Building Surveying from London South Bank University.
